We have an amazing new role working for a fantastic healthcare organisation with NGO values at its heart.

You will be working in a subsidiary of an NGO legal department. The position itself is a great corporate commercial role working in a role where you can give something back. Currently in an exciting growth period they are looking for a solicitor with great corporate and commercial experience to take on a role with guaranteed room for expansion and development. This position isn't your typical role either, working in an in-house role you will benefit from fantastic work life balance, alongside lower targets and less pressure. Despite this however, it is not a role for the lazy, they are looking for someone with real drive and passion for their work, healthcare and NGO/Charity values.

You will need to have experience in all aspects of corporate and commercial law, specific strength areas will include:

* Partnership Agreements (drafting advising etc.)
* Shareholder and partnership disputes
* Corporate Mergers, Acquisitions etc.
* Regulation (NHS, DP etc.)
* Transactions
* Commercial Contracts
* Healthcare policy and legislative change

You will also bring a winning personality and fantastic work ethic to excel in this position. A creative angle to your legal work is a necessity, you will be in a bold environment taking on and suggesting new ideas. In addition your communication of complex ideas to various internal and external stakeholders and colleagues.
