A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious senior corporate solicitor to join this Legal 100 firm in the City of London.
You will be joining a team who deal with a variety of work focusing on mergers, acquisitions and private equity transactions primarily for SME clients.
This is a great chance for a senior corporate solicitor seeking a partnership opportunity or a corporate partner looking for a lateral move.
The London-based role would suit an experienced corporate solicitor or partner who is used to dealing with M&A and private equity work, along side other aspects of corporate work. You should also be able to demonstrate excellent client facing and business development skills as you will play a key role in the continued growth of the department. As you would expect for a partner level role at a firm of this calibre you should be confident in your ability to bring a following of clients with you to any new firm you join.
