A long established mid town law firm, with Legal 500 accreditation, which punches well above its weight.
THE ROLE
An experienced commercial property solicitor 10PQE + is now urgently sought to provide one year's maternity cover.
ABOUT YOU
Available at short notice, your experience is likely to include real estate development, funding, JVs, lending, leases and sales and purchases.
You will be used to working with investors, both private and institutional, property owners, developers, banks, entrepreneurs and private landlords.
Experience of the leisure sector would be useful not essential.
