Our client is a highly entrepreneurial Corporate Finance House with a reputation that is built on working on quality transactions in the core markets that they specialise in, both Nationally and Internationally.  They seek to strengthen their team with an experienced Corporate Financier with Director/Partner level exposure and a strong network of contacts within the Midlands market place.

As Corporate Finance Partner, as well as the responsibility for day to day control of transactions with the help of the team, a key part of the role will be working closely with the other Partners on business development, pitching for new deals and generally building networks. You will establish a high market profile for both yourself and the business. 

As Corporate Finance Partner you will get involved in the management of a variety of different lead advisory transactions in the lower mid-market, including MBOs, MBIs, acquisitions, disposals, raising finance and general strategic reviews.  You will help to mentor your team to complete complex and technically demanding assignments.

The successful individual will be expected to come with strong relationships already in the investment community and have the desire to achieve both on an individual and team basis to continue the success of the business.
