Hays Senior Finance is recruiting a Financial Controller for this established and profitable business based in Goole.

Your new role
As Financial Controller you will be responsible for the finance function on site, including the day-to-day management of the finance team, the production of the monthly accounts, the provision of analysis and commentary, the production of the statutory accounts, cash flow management, budgeting and forecasting, and liaising with the external auditors. You will work closely with the Finance Director.

What you will need to succeed
You will be an experienced Financial Controller who is used to managing large teams. You will have excellent communication skills, strong IT skills, and will be used to influencing and dealing at various levels throughout an organisation. Exposure to a shared service or outsourced environment would be beneficial. Oracle experience also useful, but not essential.
