Robertson Bell are recruiting for a Chief Operating Officer for an ambitious sports organisation which is based near Birmingham to lead Marketing, Human Resources, IT and Finance.
Reporting directly to the CEO you will play a vital role in this transformational phase of the company's growth. You will be highly motivated to use your experience to deliver best-in-class, scalable and continuously improving operations, processes and policies. The Chief Operating Officer role will provide you with immense opportunities for ownership, autonomy and creativity. You will be part of a first class team of motivated and talented people on a mission to be key players in the future of employee engagement.
The successful candidate will be a senior leader with proven organisational skills and a track record of building, developing and delivering strategy and corporate functions such as HR, Marketing, IT and Finance. You will have a track record of building high-performing teams, possess excellent communication and influencing skills, and significant experience of engaging with and influencing senior internal and external stakeholders. This will be a challenging and demanding, yet exceptionally rewarding role.
