Finance Business Partner

fdu has been retained by a rapidly growing International technology business to recruit a Commercial Finance Manager / Finance Business Partner.

Reporting to the Director of FP&A you will be tasked with leading and building out of the Commercial Finance function - focusing on systems, processes and people. My client is anticipating that it's revenues will increase by c60% in the next twelve months and they need to expand their Business Partnering capability to help facilitate this.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Leading and supporting the set up the Business Partnering function;
• Deep analysis on company metrics to provide critical insights and financial data to the team;
• Analyse KPIs and P&L reports to measure growth of the business and drive profitability;
• Conduct complex analysis vital to the stakeholders;
• Be a key point of contact between different business units and finance;
• Report and track corporate costs and identify any cost savings;
• Ad-hoc finance and strategy projects.

 Your profile:

• Top class academics;
• A qualified accountant with in excess of 3 years PQE;
• Technically strong in business partnering with experience of leading, setting up or evolving a commercial finance function;
• Large company (best practice training) combined with mid-cap / SME experience;
• Recent experience of implementing strong budgeting and forecasting tools;
• A smart highly effective communicator;
• Hands on.
