Are you seeking your first In-house legal role?
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a recently qualified lawyer to take their first step in-house. You will have the opportunity to work as part of a large supportive legal team and develop both your legal and commercial skills in a fast paced and forward thinking environment. The quality of work is very high and you will be given all the support and training typical of a large law firm whilst getting involved directly supporting a global company.
Our client is a world leader in its field and going through continuous growth. As part of this growth the legal team now require an additional lawyer. You will undertake a broad commercial role supporting on contact advise and drafting. This could include international technology related agreements such as bespoke resale, partner, affinity, consumer, marketing, software, master service agreements and purchasing. You could also advise on data protection, competition, intellectual property, consumer issues and financial regulations.
The ideal candidate will be a recently qualified lawyer (or possibly about to qualify) who has undertaken some commercial work in their training contract. You will be pragmatic, a good communicator and a confident, calm individual. You must have a strong academic background and professional training with a reputable law firm or business.
