Sole Legal Counsel

Badenoch and Clark are representing a forward-thing, product-centric, manufacturing company in the East Midlands who have created an opportunity for an experienced solicitor to build their legal function.

The Role

- Developing the legal function for the company
- Dealing with a broad range of commercial agreements with an emphasis on high-value product supply and distribution
- Assisting with IP and other research-intensive legal matters
- Dealing with cross-jurisdictional contracts (both EMEA and North America)
- Becoming an integral part of the organisation advising on the legal implications of various business strategies

The Candidate

- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience
- Able to provide pragmatic legal advice in relation to manufacturing and supply
- Ideally the candidate has experience working in-house at a product-centric organisation.
- Part-time hours would be preferable
