Are you looking to join a fast-paced, supportive environment that will give you the opportunity to broaden your commercial legal skills? Joining the small group legal function of this global bank and reporting to the global GC, this role will see you providing commercial legal advice and support to various parts of the business.
This will primarily involve drafting, negotiating and maintaining commercial contracts (IT, software licensing, outsourcing, terms of business, etc), internal documentation, together with generalist legal and regulatory support.
In-house experience within financial services is highly advantageous, either by having trained in-house or via a secondment. You may have a minimum of 12 months' PQE within general commercial, strong drafting and negotiation skills and a pro-active, enthusiastic approach.
