I'm currently working with an award winning Law Firm in Surrey who has been recognised as the leading private client team in the South East and London. Due to excessive growth, they are now looking for a tax Partner Designate to head up the department.

As the Tax Partner Designate you will be responsible for growing the in-house tax team and be managing a small team. A significant proportion of the fees generated within the department are derived from tax compliance and administration of trusts and estates including the following: annual tax returns for individuals including more complex returns for entrepreneurs, resident non-domiciled individuals. Annual tax returns for trusts, Annual Tax Returns during the Administration of an Estate, IHT and producing estate and trust accounts.

This is the ideal role for an experienced Private Client or Trust specialist looking to make their first move in-house, or for candidates looking for a clear route to Partner.

The ideal candidate will be CTA qualified, have a strong background in Private Client Tax and be eager to progress.
