Senior Finance Business Partner

The organisation is currently seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner-Finance Manager to act as a finance lead on finance strategy, FP&A and business planning & analysis for a division with portfolio of clients and skill lines. As a member of the Business Management-Decision Support team supporting the Partners, your brief includes:

•Finance Business Partnering Division Heads of product/service lines, Functional Heads, the Management Team & stakeholders on financial management, analysis & profitability
•FP&A Orchestration & preparation of budgeting, re-forecasting, financial analysis & reporting
•Finance Lead on Pricing of bids, tenders & client proposals
•Lead the implementation of division financial strategy & group business plan
•Resource Management Lead the provision of MI/BI information to support proposals for recruitment, hiring & promotions
•Working closely with business management teams to leading the co-ordination between divisional groups, sectors & corporate financial/business objectives & best practice decision support
•Business change & transformation: Assisting with group-wide development of business solutions & processes to meet demanding client requirements & changing markets

As a 2:1/1st class graduate or MBA, you will be a qualified ACA, CIMA or ACCA with a strong academic track record and significant commercial finance business partnering or operationally focused FP&A experience, gained within the Legal Professional Services sector. With excellent interpersonal skills, you will be a proactive team player with a commercial focus and the ability to build strong business relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. The role demands proven legal sector experience and working closely within cross-functional business teams, Commercial FP&A, profit centre accountability and experience of facilitating process & systems change & transformation.
