Leading US M&A/PE & IPO Practice - 3-5 PQE US Lawyer -Wall Street Firm - Beijing

This is a rare opportunity to join a small and established Top Wall Street Firm in Beijing who is adding to its Top Tier US M&A/PE and Capital Markets practice. You will work with the Managing Partner of the office on high-profile, cross-border M&A deals with PRC, HK, and US clients. You will also work with some of the largest Chinese state-owned enterprises and large private companies meaning great future potential for inhouse opportunities. Salary:

• New NY rates (Cravath) + Bonus + COLA

Role requirements:

• 3-5 PQE.
• US qualification.
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is required.
• International education and peer firm history is necessary.
• Must have previous M&A/PE and Capital Markets experience.
