A leading start-up which provides financial solutions to SME's is looking to grow its internal team.
The company is looking to take on a senior sole/general counsel to cover all internal legal aspects on a 3 day a week basis, the title will depend on the experience level of the candidate.
The ideal candidate will come from an in house financial environment, with an added bonus if they are used to working with start up's or fintechs.
The role will work at a senior strategic level advising management on ; financial regulations, fund raising ( debt and equity) documents, general counselling matters and commercial issues.
This role offers a great chance for a senior lawyer to work part time in a dynamic and varied strategic role.
