My client, a top UK law firm, are looking for an experienced restructuring and insolvency associate to join their London office.
As a restructuring and insolvency associate you will undertake predominantly non-contentious work advising lenders, investors, corporates, directors and individuals as well as insolvency practitioners.
You will have at least 2 years PQE as a restructuring and insolvency associate with solid experience from an established practice acting for insolvency practitioners lenders and other stakeholders. You should have good academics and have strong technical background.
