Corporate Finance / M&A

A hands on opportunity to work alongside the best in the market helping agencies with M&A as well as consulting them on growth plan. This is a client facing role that will expose you to confidential information and data and put you in the known of the Marketing Agency World.

The successful candidate will participate in all projects, working with clients on the execution of various engagements and assist with ongoing business development activity.

• Performing operational, commercial and financial due diligence
• Participation in client meetings
• Actively participate in new business, prepare pitch decks, and gather industry intelligence and insight.

• You will be a Chartered Accountant with a minimum 2 post-qualification experience working either transactional support or sell side experience.

• Previous demonstrable experience within Corporate Finance and/or Media/Tech/Digital industry background
• Relevant pre-deal due diligence, post-merger integration experience
• Media and or technology sector exposure ideal but not essential
