12 month FTC
My client, a very well established Legal 500 firm, are seeking a Corporate Solicitor for a 12 month contract to cover maternity leave.
You will advise on a full range of corporate transactions including share and business sale purchases, reorganisations and fundraisings and other general corporate work. Clients include private and public companies, international groups and private equity and sovereign wealth funds.
You will ideally have at least 5 years experience with a well recognised corporate department.
