JOB TITLE: In-house Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 3 - 7
LOCATION: London
SALARY: Circa £80K
THE ROLE:
Our client is a Japanese entity specialising in the global distribution of services across a broad range of sectors - from food and consumer goods to energy and chemicals. The London office is the base for all European operations, and they are looking for a Solicitor 3-7PQE to join their established legal team. Working across the group, the core of the role will be dealing with corporate and commercial matters, but there will also be the need to assist with competition and compliance work. The successful candidate will also take on the company secretarial piece so a willingness to do so is important.
THE CANDIDATE:
Ideal candidates will be qualified solicitors with a minimum of 3 years PQE with corporate / commercial and company secretarial experience. Experience of working in a Japanese company as an in-house lawyer or for Japanese companies when in private practice
