Corporate Associate role in Cheltenham. We are instructed by a leading Legal 500 firm which is going from strength to strength.
They are now looking to build up their well-established commercial /IT/IP team with the appointment at associate level, of an experienced Corporate lawyer c 4 year pqe+.
You will be dealing with full gamut of corporate finance, PE, JV, AIM listed transactional work. Joining a friendly close knit team, you will be working alongside approachable lead Partners and senior associate to help further develop the practice. You will be servicing a predominantly SME and OMB client base, with some high profile, national clients as well.
