Chief Financial Officer
Croydon
Up to £120,000
Since 1862, HM Land Registry (HMLR) has provided trust and confidence to owners and buyers in the property market of England and Wales. HMLR safeguards and guarantees ownership and interests in land and property through our expertise in compiling and maintaining an accurate record of who owns what. The Land Register of England and Wales contains more than 25 million titles covering more than 85% of the land mass and is estimated to hold £4 trillion of property value and more than £1 trillion of mortgages.
We are looking to appoint a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) operating at Board level contributing to the corporate leadership, strategic direction, and management of HMLR.
What are we offering?
An opportunity to join a highly respected, evolving organisation with the ambition to become the world's leading land registry for speed, simplicity and an open approach to data. As a member of the Executive Board and the Land Registry Board, this role is key in the delivery of HMLR's five-year Business Strategy and associated transformation.
What we are looking for?
To deliver our aspirations we need a dynamic, resourceful and ambitious individual to join the executive team and to take a leading role in transforming HMLR from the highly efficient, productive and respected organisation it is now into the responsive, market-leading and exceptional organisation it will become. To be successful in this role you will need to be an outstanding leader with extensive financial experience and a strong track record of delivery. You will also have a proven track record of advising at board level and of being part of a senior leadership team, leading successful organisational level transformational change.
We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome suitably qualified applicants from all backgrounds.
