A leading and fast growing Fintech organisation has an opportunity for an experienced executive to play a key role in the build and delivery of a new business division focused on a new market channel in the Retail/Commercial/Private Banking space.

This is an excellent opportunity to take a hugely successful product and leverage the technology and product offerings to replicate that success with new customers. The role will require both technical and business acumen as you build and lead teams and divisions across the full range of functions - technology (development/delivery), project/product management, risk, compliance, marketing etc.

As the first hire you will be responsible for leading all the go to market activities and planning, be a key contributor to the development of the new product offerings, support sales and marketing activities all the way through to coordinating and leading the technical build and delivery through existing and new technology teams. In effect a mini COO for this business line!

This is an incredibly varied and interesting role with huge potential for growth and development.

Skills/Experience

* Comprehensive experience in leadership roles within commercial or retail banking - this could include working for a Fintech/Tech consultancy focused on this domain
* Excellent leadership abilities and a proven track record in growing businesses/divisions
* Ability to effectively negotiate and communicate at C suite levels
* Successful delivery of business and technology strategies
* Ability to coordinate and manage technical and business teams
* Demonstrable success in delivering increased commercial performance
* Confident, with the ability to be authoritative but engaging
* Ideally experience in some of - Digital, Customer and Channel Innovation, Regulatory Risk, Analytics, Business Change etc.
