Privat Equity Counsel (5-7 PQE) Shenzhen - 14524/TTL

This multinational corporation is seeking an experienced private equity lawyer to support their newly established fund in Shenzhen. You will focus on early investment and deal execution of the fund. To be successful in this role, you must be commercially oriented lawyers with strong PE experience within top-tier law firm, investment bank or a PE fund. PRC qualification is necessary as well as fluent English and Mandarin skills.  REF: 14524/TTL
