Senior Legal Counsel

A senior legal counsel is required for a 12 month fixed term contract with a large manufacturer in Lancashire. The role has arisen because of a period of increased workload and offers the opportunity to work on some very complex agreements across a range of sectors as well as being part of the senior leadership team.

This senior legal counsel role will involve:
- providing advice on a wide range of commercial, regulatory and compliance matters
- Drafting and negotiating contacts and managing IP matters
- Attendance at leadership meetings
- Ensuring compliance with anti-bribery, competition and data protection

The role requires a senior commercial lawyer with experience working on complex, multi-jurisdictional contracts. This senior legal counsel role would be best suited to a lawyer with at least 5 years PQE.
