This US law firm based in London is currently looking for two general Banking & Finance Solicitors to join the firm on 3-6 month fixed term contracts, with a chance of these maturing into longer term roles. The candidates are required to have a minimum of 3+ PQE as a Banking & Finance lawyer from a Top 50 London or International firm. The role is being offered on a full time basis, to start immediately.
The role will be providing additional support to the wider finance group, and as such the candidates will have cross boarder experience in cross boarder repros, general finance and leveraged finance deals.
