Commercial / IT Lawyer - In House

Our Client

We have an exciting new in house role for a commercial lawyer c 3 - 5 PQE to manage a commercial/IT workload

The Role

As a key member of a well established in house team the post holder will be expected to work alongside stakeholders reviewing and negotiating IT contracts.

The work will cover the negotiating and drafting of both bespoke and more general outsourcing, technology and distribution agreements and more general supplier contracts

Other work will include litigation, advising on more general legal and regulatory developments

Risk management / Financial services work

The post holder will be required to travel to offices nearby.

The Candidate

To be considered for this interesting in house business facing role,you must have a strong commercial background, with IT contracts experience, good drafting skills and the enthusiasm and drive to work within a busy in house legal function.
