THE ROLE
An incredible and rare opportunity has arisen for two Construction Solicitors to join a busy and well established construction department in a newly formed and growing team. The role will see the Construction Solicitors report directly to the Partner and play an integral part in a broad spectrum of construction matters with a focus on non contentious work. Working with a wide range of public and private sector clients across the Country, you will be involved in large residential and commercial developments, energy, and infrastructure projects. The firm have stated they will provide training and support on areas that will be new to the appointed Construction Solicitors however, they still expect the ideal Construction Solicitors to have a broad range of construction experience and a keenness to expand your skills and knowledge within a supportive and experienced team.

THE CANDIDATE:

You will be an exceptional communicator with proven organisation skills and a collaborative team player. The successful Construction Solicitor will have already gained excellent experience in transactional construction practice with a keen eye to detail. The newly appointed Construction Solicitor will be able to demonstrate their ability to build strong and lasting relationship with clients and genuinely show a commitment and passion to their business needs. Self motivated and ambitious the Construction Solicitor will be eager to learn more about the infrastructure and construction process to assist in the department growth.
