Job Title: Housing Litigation/ASBO Locum

Job description: We are currently recruiting for a Housing Litigation Locum with a focus on ASBOs to join a Local Authority in the North East of England for 3 months with the likelihood of extension.
The successful candidate will be dealing with:
- Run a full Housing Litigation caseload
- Handle ASBO matters to include advocacy in court
- Liaise and advise the Councils regulatory team and external housing company clients
Applications are welcome from candidates with previous Housing Litigation experience. Previous experience working within a Local Authority is desirable.
Hourly rate: £25 - £35
