A leading construction company is looking for a Senior In-house Construction Lawyer to join the growing projects team monitoring commercial projects.
This unique role will work with a diverse client base covering a EMEA and Africa region using your expertise to assist and guide the project delivery teams on commercial and contractual issues.
A leading construction company is looking for a Senior In-house Construction Lawyer to join the growing projects team monitoring commercial projects based in their London central office.
This unique role will work with a diverse client base covering a EMEA and Africa region using your expertise to assist and guide the project delivery teams on commercial and contractual issues.
Key responsibilities:
- Advise on commercial and contractual issues, draft and review claims
- Carry out reporting on the progress and status of claims to local leadership, corporate and external insurers
- Prepare strategy papers and monitor compliance
To be successful in this role you will have:
- 8 years PQE as a construction litigation lawyer however all candidates will be considered on merit
- Good working knowledge of construction contracts and professional appointments
- Good working knowledge of civil and arbitration procedures
