Our client is looking for a talented Commercial Solicitor to provide specialist legal advice and guidance on commercial property law and other general legal matters within the organisation.This role is maternity cover and is expected to run for a period of approx. 7 months. You will be required to carry out a range of commercial conveyancing work including the grant of new leases, licences, under-letting and deeds of variations etc.
You will be a UK qualified solicitor with a current practising certificate and have a demonstrable background in commercial property law.
