Funds/Investment Management Lawyer, 5+

This global wealth manager is looking for a funds/investment management lawyer to join its EMEA investment management legal team.

In this role you will advise on fund structuring and establishment, fund maintenance, special projects, regulatory matters, contractual and other legal matters. You will advise on a broad range of funds - regulated and unregulated - and CLOs, experience in sub-investment grade debts ideal.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years experience in unregulated fund structures and their vehicles (general partners, limited partnerships, LLCs, holding company SPVs, etc.) in different jurisdictions, including, in particular Luxembourg and Cayman. Familiarity with AIFMD, MiFID II, ERISA would be desirable and the Volcker Rule ideal.
