I am currently working with a leading provider of tech-enabled legal services. The Firm happens to have over 1,000+ lawyers and 2,000+ employees, holding an abundance of experience within the Legal sector alone. Excited to improve the way Legal, Compliances and Contracts are being produced, they are now looking for a Derivatives & Structured Products Lawyer to join their team on a permanent full-time basis at their London offices.

The successful Derivatives & Structured Products Lawyer must have 2+ years of experience in Derivatives and/or Structured Products; also Providing practical in-house legal advice and support on structuring, drafting and implementation of derivatives, warrants and structured products. The Lawyer should also be able to advise on risk mitigation strategies and maintaining up to date regulatory standards, working with and advising business clients directly, providing guidance and practical solutions in relation to FS regulatory change. Also engaging in the drafting and negotiating of transactions, and assisting the development of new products and markets.

The Derivatives & Structured Products Lawyer must also have an innovative approach to in-house legal issues in supporting strategic business initiatives; including objectives and a high level of professionalism and outstanding business judgment.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in Derivatives and/or Structured Products
