Fitch Ratings is seeking a new Associate Director to join our growing Structured Credit group. We develop investor-focused surveillance tools and continually look for opportunities to enhance our existing offerings to ensure that a security's risk is clearly identified and that our opinions continue to be objective and forward-looking. In the complex field of global securitization, we maintain an open dialogue with market participants and our analysts explore every angle of a transaction--so that investors have the additional insight and context necessary to make timely and informed business decisions. The candidate will be responsible for supporting senior members of the team in assigning and reviewing ratings on various transaction types including collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), which involves modeling cash flows, analyzing collateral, preparing credit committee reports, and communicating credit opinions to investors and issuers. The ideal candidate will possess: 3-5 years of experience with structured finance Excellent proficiency in Excel, VBA, and Word Strong quantitative and analytical thinking Superb attention to detail and time management skills Strong communication skills Bachelor's degree in finance or a business related field with significant coursework in Finance Dual-headquartered in New York and London, Fitch Ratings is a leading provider of credit ratings, commentary and research.
