Internal Controls Manager

Duties:
*Co-ordinate the design and development of annual review plan.
*Ensuring an appropriate review methodology to meet with company standards is designed
*Developing an IT audit capacity and IT audit plans
*Production of management and review reports to the executive committee, audit committee and group risk committee
*Management of risk management facilitation process
*Management of group reporting
*Co-ordination with the group development of risk management process.
*Manage business through remediation process to ensure a balance solution between compliance and efficiency
*Liaison point between majestic and external auditors, driving approach efficiencies to audit conclusions
*Ensure appropriate codes of conduct are adhered to
*Ensure group compliance with code of conduct
The ideal candidate would a chartered accountant with strong academics and demonstrable experience in a similar role. Demonstrable experience working within retail is an absolute must. Candidates must have proven flexibility and adaptability to move with the growing demands of this rapidly changing entity.
