My client is a progressive top 100 law firm are currently looking to recruit a Corporate Commercial lawyer, with a good technical background to join a growing commercial team with a focus on high value corporate transactions, company re-organisations and commercial contracts.

This is an excellent opportunity for a 3+ year PQE solicitor with commercial awareness and a varied, wide ranging transactional experience to join a growing Corporate Commercial team. You would be joining a friendly, energetic, enthusiastic and well-regarded team. You will be involved in a broad range of work including work on all Companies Act related matters, shareholders agreements, partnerships and LLPs, finance agreements, corporate lending and have some experience in and be willing to do other more general commercial work such as commercial sales agreements and licences.
