THE ROLE:

Our client's specialist commercial and corporate legal practice has grown rapidly over recent years, and is now branching out to offer a more diverse range of legal services. This will include commercial property and our client is looking for an experienced and capable Commercial Property Solicitor to kick-start the development of this new department. There is already a significant amount of real estate instructions being received by our client's practice and as such, the appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will hit the ground running from the outset and take on an existing caseload. This role offers an excellent opportunity for the successful Commercial Property Solicitor to undertake business development and marketing on behalf of the firm in the local market and to work alongside a number of experience professionals within the commercial legal world.

THE CANDIDATE:

Our client is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor who can hit the ground running and is capable or working independently whilst progressing their own caseload. They are quite flexible on how much experience the Commercial Property Solicitor has had, as long as they can demonstrate the skill and ability to be able to work independently. The Commercial Property Solicitor should have a strong commercial acumen and will ideally have built up a network of contacts within the local area during their career.
