PQE REQUIRED: 2 years+ PQE

THE ROLE:

This is a new opportunity for an accomplished and focused Corporate Commercial Lawyer looking to handle a broad spectrum of corporate work to include mergers and acquisitions, sale and purchase agreements, a variety of commercial contracts, shareholder and partnership agreements, intellectual property and distribution agreements. The firm is seeking to appoint a Corporate Commercial Lawyer that will hit the ground running and have the capabilities needed to pick up a challenging case load.

THE CANDIDATE:

The successful Corporate Commercial Lawyer should have at least 2 years' PQE and will have a solid reputation in a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. This will be a stand alone role that would suit someone looking to put their skills to good use whilst maintaining a good work / life balance. The firm expects the appointed Corporate Commercial Lawyer to be actively involved in marketing and business development activities in order to gain more business for the department and success for the wider firm.
