The Role:

The firm is seeking to recruit a Corporate Solicitor into their City of London office.

The Corporate team deals with a full range of services including, M&A. Private equity, Joint ventures, Restructuring and Commercial contracts.

You will deal with an excellent quality of work; the varied nature of the caseload will make for a more interesting role and you will work alongside industry regarded Partners. The team is forward-thinking, friendly and have real team spirit.

The role comes with good prospects for progression.

Requirements:

• You will be a Corporate Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE (there is no upper limit in terms of experience)
• You will have good technical knowledge
• You will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships
• Excellent communication skills are essential
