Your new company
This tech start-up business looks into the Recruitment space, through the use of an innovative platform, which has seen them grow by 300% in the last 2 years. They are set to stay on the same path with potential to grow to a £10 million turnover by the end of the year.
They are now looking to bring in a Finance Director to ensure the business is in the best place possible moving forwards.
Your new role
Your new role have a strong operational focus, working on contract negotiations with suppliers to control costs, whilst also supporting an impressive CEO on fundraising rounds and investor meetings.
You will have an opportunity to direct the strategy of the business, and being involved in a period of significant change will offer the chance to ensure the business has a robust set up to go through future growth.
The transactional finance is currently outsourced, but there is potential moving forwards for this to be brought in house in the future and so it could be part of your role to go through this process.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you must be a Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) - with some PQE gained in an SME environment - working on an operational level in a senior position.
Despite transactional finance being outsourced currently, it would advantageous to have experience working with this.
