Chief Financial Officer

SF Group are working with a mid market private equity house to source a Chief Financial Officer for one of it's largest and most high profile portfolio businesses.

The organisation in question is based in Birmingham, has an international footprint and is a service / technology business with extremely strong recurring revenue streams - EBITDA is in the region of £10m and growing year on year.

As Chief Financial Officer you will take a place on the main board of this organisation and along with other senior stakeholders, you'll drive, shape and deliver the strategy towards the end goal of an exit.

We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer, well versed in the ways of larger leveraged businesses and can clearly articulate the positive contribution they have made to these kind of organisations in the past. Ideally you will have delivered a positive exit for stakeholders in the past within a long term contracting/projects/technology led organisation.

Such is the size and scale of this organisation, a significant package is available with equally significant wealth creation opportunity. In return for this though, you will be expected to commit fully to the role and also undertake some international travel to ensure that the business is performing internationally as well as domestically.
