Senior Corporate Counsel - Employment

My client are a leading, global e-commerce company who are one of the largest internet retailers in the world. They are seeking an experienced employment lawyer to join their team in Dubai as Senior Corporate Counsel. 

You will be working closely with the global employment teams on a wide variety of employment legal and regulatory issues and projects. This includes supporting their expansion across the Middle East, drafting and introducing employment policies that adhere to both internal and MENA-specific requirements, and advising my client on a broad spectrum of other strategic matters. 

Key requirements:

• 10+ PQE 
• Extensive experience of complex employment law matters 
• MENA-specific experience of employment law matters
• Cultural and regulatory understanding of the Middle East region 
•  Arabic language skills would be preferable but not essential
