A highly regarded, regional firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join them as they prepare to launch an exciting new project in central Reading. 'm keen to speak with highly motivated Commercial Property Solicitors. The chosen Commercial Property Solicitor will enjoy a market leading salary, benefits package and a work life balance, rarely found in London.

The firm is expanding their Real Estate offering within the Home Counties region to capitalise on a strong existing commercial client base. Ideally candidates will be between 2-4 years PQE with solid commercial property experience as they will be developing the firms Property offering in the region, with the full support and resources of a highly regarded, top-tier law firm.

The practice group deals with the complete range of commercial property work that includes general commercial property acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, development, construction, secured lending and planning.

You will be involved in assisting with the running and the strategic positioning of this growing Property offering and will benefit from a market-leading salary and continued progression as this department evolves. You will show clear progression and be keen to move into a role that offers a unique opportunity to build your career further.
