THE ROLE:

This new opportunity will see the successful Private Client Solicitor dealing with a broad mix of work including drafting Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Trust Deeds, administering estates and advising clients in relation to probate matters, administering trusts and preparing Trust Accounts, and dealing with Court of Protection applications. This opportunity will give the appointed Private Client Solicitor a chance to gain exposure to wide and challenging caseload of private client matters within a well regarded leading regional practice.

THE CANDIDATE:

Applications are sought from Private Clients Solicitors who enjoy a broad mix of private client work and have a minimum of 5 years PQE. Having gained relevant experience within a reputable law firm, you will be able to come in and hit the ground running with your own caseload of matters. Marketing and networking skills are essential in order to participate actively in seeking new business, building relationships with potential clients and developing the firm as a whole.
