Commercial Property Solicitor

Commercial Property Solicitor is required for an established and well regarded Legal 500 listed commercial law firm

The Firm has 3 offices across Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire

Expanding teams across the firm - Now seeking a 5 year + PQE Commercial Property Solicitor

The Role:

An additional Solicitor is required to join the Firm's experienced Commercial Property team

You will be given a full and varied Commercial Property caseload for Clients who range from individuals to small businesses

Support from a secretarial team will be provided

You will be involved in handling general commercial property matters, to include leases, licenses, development matters, landlord and tenant work, asset management and some enfranchisement and refinancing work

Requirements:

You will be a qualified Solicitor with experience in commercial property

You will have a minimum of 5 years PQE, although candidates with more or less experience are also encouraged to apply

You will have experience in acquisitions, sales and leases

Additional experience of Leasehold Enfranchisement would be beneficial, but not essential
