Elite City firm seeks a Corporate lawyer/PSL with private equity and private M&A experience to join its highly valued professional support team.
THE ROLE
This is a replacement role to join a highly regarded Corporate PSL team. This particular role will involve working closely with the partners, associates and trainees in the private equity group, providing knowhow support and contributing towards their training and continued development.
ABOUT YOU
Our client is looking for a minimum of 4 years' good quality experience in private equity and private M&A gained with a similar calibre practice. PSL experience is not a pre-requisite.
This will preferably be a full time role, however alternative working patterns will be considered.
