Junior Corporate Lawyer

My client are a leading firm with several offices across the UAE. The corporate/commercial team work with high profile technology, real estate, and banking clients and have recently been recognised in the Middle East Legal Awards for their excellent work. 

The main areas of work will be: M&A, TMT, commercial agreements, corporate restructuring, and employment matters. 

In order to qualify for this role you will need to be 1-4 PQE with common law education and training. You will need strong M&A transactional and general commercial experience. UAE/GCC experience would be preferable but I'd also be happy to consider those who are committed to relocating. . 

Requirements: 

• 1-4 PQE
• LLB/LLM from top law school 
• Common law qualified 
• Trained within a leading, busy practice
