Our client, a leading and fast-growing company in Saudi Arabia, is looking to add an experienced lawyer to their well-established team.
You will provide the full service of legal advice for the company and responsible for reviewing and negotiating power purchase agreements and other strategic business agreements. You will be commercially astute and have strong legal experience in a relevant industry.
The role will be best suited for lawyers qualified from common law jurisdictions with a minimum of 10 years PQE experience in private practice or in an in-house role within a well reputed organisation.
