This is a great opportunity for an experienced in-house lawyer with Data Protection skills.
The role will primarily focus on ensuring the organisation complies with UK and UK data protection regulations, especially in relation to GDPR matters.
There are 3 members of the legal: 2 at Legal Counsel level and the General Counsel, which this role reports into.
This role will most likely suit someone with Regulatory and/or Government experience, as you will also focus on investigations, judicial reviews and EU Law, alongside your general commercial contracts responsibilities.
