The role

The firm are seeking a senior Pensions Solicitor to join the firm in their modern City of London office.

You will join a highly skilled Pensions department, working alongside a Chambers and Legal 500 Partner. You will deal with a broad range of work, working on employers (UK and International), trustees (including offshore), pension product providers and individuals - on all aspects of pensions law including the intricacies of pension scheme documentation, corporate transactions, Pension Regulator clearance, reorganising schemes and Pension Protection Fund negotiations, funding matters, closing schemes to future accrual and winding-up schemes. The department also deals with pension scheme disputes with a interest in Pension Ombudsman complaints.

Requirements:

• You will be NQ - 4 years PQE in Pensions law
• You will have a "can do" attitude and be a first-class communicator
• You should have a meticulous eye for detail
