This is a great opportunity for a technology lawyer to join a global oil and gas company as their Legal Counsel for Group Technology and Procurement.
Working within the global corporate team you will be responsible for supporting the IT and Sourcing function of the business. You will advise on a wide range of technology law issues relating to the IT infrastructure of the business, cyber security, new technology implementation, and other varied IT functions. The team also assists in the wider procurement function, you will be required to negotiate a global framework for procurement agreements, drafting templates and assisting with the implementation of global deals.
You should ideally be 3-5+ PQE with a strong commercial and technology background. Experience in disruptive technology, procurement and innovative technology solutions is very desirable. This is a great opportunity to work in a hugely varied role, with an excellent package.
