Finance Business Partner

Robertson Bell finance are currently recruiting for a Finance Business Partner. Our London based client are a well-established government organisation, who are actively recruiting for a Finance Business Partner on a 24-month fixed term contract.

As the Finance Business Partner, you will be joining the organisation during an exciting period of growth within the finance function. You will be reporting into the Head of Finance and working closely with the wider finance and senior management team, you will be responsible for:
*Reporting monthly and quarterly on the financial position of the department, including actual expenditure on various budgets.
*Preparation of financial information and manifestos i. new grant applications.
*Building effective working relationships to provide support and advice that is constructive to ensure effective operation of financial and budgetary control whilst understanding risk.
*Line management of up to 3-part qualified accountants.

The successful candidate will be a Qualified (CCAB or CIMA equivalent) accountant and have a proven track record in Finance Business Partnering to hit the ground running. You must be able to communicate and collaborate effectively at all levels and be able to provide expert advice on all financial matters. You must be willing to learn and get stuck in. Candidates with experience of working in Government or Public sector is highly advantageous but not essential.

This role requires CTC security clearance, those without this must be willing to undergo this vetting process.
